Services on Afër brings together moving and transport, repairs, cleaning, IT and web, car services, beauty and wellness, events and catering, translation and other services, offered by private people and businesses.

Anyone who offers services commercially or as self-employed has to use a business account, and their listings carry the Business label. Afër does not check the business details, so the label is not a seal of quality. In Kosovo prices are in euros; in Albania the provider chooses between lek (ALL) and euros.

Before you book, describe the job in Afër's protected chat and agree in writing on the price, what it includes, materials, the date and how long it will take. For a move, say which floor you are on and whether there is a lift; for a bigger job, ask for a fixed price rather than an open estimate.

Afër has no payment handling or escrow, so pay once the work is done and never send money in advance to someone you have not met. Reviews on Afër exist only after a confirmed sale, so service providers may have few; ask the provider to add photos of earlier work to the listing.
