Real estate for sale in Kosovo and Albania

Real estate on Afër covers flats and houses for rent or for sale, rooms and flatshares, short-term rentals, commercial premises and offices, land, garages and parking spaces, and holiday homes, across Kosovo and Albania.

Rental listings for flats, houses and rooms show the price per month. In Kosovo prices are in euros; in Albania the seller chooses between lek (ALL) and euros. A listing can state the number of rooms, the floor area, the floor, whether the place is furnished and how it is heated.

Every listing names its municipality. A private listing gives no exact address, while a dealer's listing shows the dealer's business address, which is not necessarily where the property is. Ask in Afër's protected chat where exactly the property is, what costs come on top of the rent and when you can view it.

Visit the property before you pay anything. Never pay a deposit or a reservation fee to someone you have not met in person, and be wary of an offer that is far cheaper than similar ones and comes with pressure to decide fast. Afër has no payment handling or escrow, so any money you transfer goes straight to the other person.
